MAT Treatment

for Inmates

Compassionate Care Exceeding Standards with Proven Fiscal Savings.

  • Exceeding the community standard with excellent, caring, patient-focused
medical care, following a primary care practice model.

  • Many previous patients say the medical care received by Clear Futures is better than the care received in the community.

  • Provide urgent care services and treatments for minor emergencies in your facility.

  • Coordination with local hospitals for outpatient and non-emergent services.

Opioid Use Disorders (OUD) And Mental Illness are Co-Occurring. The Treatment Plan Should Co-Occur As Well.

40% of Mental Health Patients Have an Addiction Disease/Disorder.

100% of Opioid Addiction Patients Have a Mental Health Disorder.

Buprenorphine (Suboxone/Subutex/Sublocade) based MAT Treatment during incarceration and after.

1. Buprenorphine starts when an Inmate has a medical history of Opioid Use Disorder/Disease (OUD).

OUD is a life-threatening disease, but when treated with Buprenorphine, it can prevent death and stop further destruction to their lives.

Buprenorphine (not Methadone) removes opioid cravings and does not get a person high. It prevents death and dangerous side effects. If a patient uses an illicit opioid while on Suboxone (Buprenorphine/Narcan), it prevents harmful effects unlike the effect if the patient was on Methadone treatment

2. Buprenorphine based MAT can continue after release with follow-up at an available MAT community location.

Clear Futures offers community locations to continue the commitment. Our commitment to the patient starts with the patient's commitment to themselves.

We operate a benevolent Buprenorphine MAT practice which understands we are treating only one of the patient's many addiction diseases. Opioid addiction is usually accompanied by other illicit drugs and alcohol usage, but our Buprenorphine treatment plan, when followed, will keep the patients from dying.

Our hands-on approach truly sets us apart.

We stay closely involved with our providers, staff, law enforcement, and all related parties.

Our aim is to make a positive impact by delivering exceptional healthcare services within correctional facilities.
